My stories have a bit of truth in each of them, just a tiny bit. I use real-experiences and then create fantastical stories around a snapshot or fleeting daydream.
I have a non-con story about a woman in a haunted house, for example. Did I ever assault anyone in a haunted house? No, but I had some sexy fun with a gf one time and the thoughts sprang from there. Maybe 98% of it was fiction but there are enough layers of reality to sift through to make the story as realistic and compelling as possible.
I think a site-wide average is north of 90% of being completely fictional. It's probably 95% or so but some of us have had some experiences and adventures and a fun game is deciding if the story really happened or not.
