When one goes to choose sperm at a sperm bank your taking a crap shoot. No Doner is 100% anything. So to get to prove their case they would have to have the conceiving mother genetically tested and prove that the doners sperm was responsible for the child's skin tone. To do that the mother could not have any African American in here at all. Good luck of that! So in this case there is no way to prove negligence by the sperm bank. It's just a cash grab. I could understand asking for their money back, but not suing for emotional damages... please!

I agree that most emotional damages are just cash grabs only in rare cases are they justified if you ask me. The ladies in question better find a black friend to show them how to do the kids hair and move on.
