Why do they put holes in crackers?

They allow steam to escape during cooking, which lets the cracker remain flat instead of rising.

I'm thinking it's weird I know that.

I'm also thinking this may be some sort of conspiracy to cheat us out of tiny amounts of cracker.

This is up there with the Kennedy assassination. Bayer knowing about the risk of HIV infection related to plasma for hemophiliacs and...and big foot!

There are cracker crumbs all over the darkened corners of human history...

I know! We're going on a REAL date. Like to dinner and a movie! And I initiated it. We've been talking for a bit now and I was all, um, is he ever going to ask me out? So I mentioned a movie I wanted to see and he said he wanted to see it too. So I asked.... :rose:
