I think I am handling my stress a lot better these days. I had a day with lots of things going very wrong. Avoided a fight and was doing pretty good till I discovered my tire was flat. Even then I only lost it when I was accused of doing it on purpose and forced to change the tire while the S/O supervised. he has no clue on how to even change a tire. I didn't even yell when I couldn't get the bolt off. I found a way to get it taken care of. So proud of myself.

It's called small talk. People who engage in normal social interaction do it to fill empty space and or "dead air" Some folks just can't shut the fuck up and need something to talk about since their heads are filled with air.
