The truth is that I know where to look up guidance on style and writing and you and your gang just can't live with me knowing what you don't. It's the old Internet chestnut of needing to bring everyone down to your level so you can play king of the forum--with the added bonus here that you are on a hate campaign against me and have been for several years.

Well, I don't want to go down to your level in this and pretty much everything else in life. So, tough. I find the life you've depicted as having as incredibly small and narrowminded (and, frankly, psychotic). Not interested in that at all.

I'll keep on giving knowledgeable help on style and publishing as I can--and, on this thread, I'll continue to wait for JBJ to provide supporting documentation for the word usage claim he made and for the rest of you vultures to contribute anything substantively useful to the thread at all.
