Can you feel your balls move??? I was studying my SO one day and noticed that his balls were moving...alot When I asked him if he could feel that, he said no. Is it like that with all men???

Yup. I can feel them migrating in my pants. Sometimes I have to adjust them so they don't get pinched under the edge of my underwear. Naturally, sudden changes of temperature cause the most extreme reaction. I usually don't pay attention to them during the day, though.

Sure. They adjust for temperature & arousal level as already mentioned or explained. I am also aware of them in free-fall.
They're something like an inner ear in that regard.

This reminds me of a feature in National Geographic about Polynesian history I once read. Navigation was an artform. Detecting land was the theme of it, and survival depended on it.
They discovered almost every island in the Pacific.Only men could be navigators.

They sat in the end of the canoe, and felt the ocean swells in their balls whenever the craft bobbed & rocked, then they could determine the direction of the nearest land. It wasn't their only method, but it worked.

Nope - not usually. I have seen them move when I was nude, and sometimes I can feel them move if they move a lot and I am sitting just right, but 99.9% of the time, no.
