I'm well past 78, and the wife and I do still get it on. Not like in the early years of our now nearly 55 year marriage but still get the blood pumping. To be truthful, I don't cum every time, but enough to satisfy both of us. Good luck.in whatever you decide.

Maybe see your doctor and get a PSA test. you should be having them fairly regularly anyway. An enlarged prostate can cause that (did for me).

I only see mine gyno a bit over once a year after she threatens to cut off my hrt if I don’t. I can call the offices and speak to a nurse, and to ask about switching meds, that’s what I did to get estring.
