Question about Divorce and Child Support.

OK. I am working up the nerve to ask my ex for a divorce. I call him my ex because we have been seperated for more than 6 months and to me my marriage was over.. 3 years ago anyway..

I have a question about Child Support.. how do they base that? On last years Income? Recent Pay stubs or what?

In Texas it's based on a pretty strict formula. Do a google search on Texas Child Support and you should find a bunch of places that will spell it out in detail. It's a little bit complicated.
