Public sex either has to be semi-private or manual only.

The beach is a problem b/c of the sand. It's also kind of cold & damp. Two solutions: I love being eaten out while sitting atop a lifeguard stand & having my lover stand on the first bar. Rent (or own) a private beach / pool / secluded room for outside water based sex.

Public rest room again has to be semi private -- the nice, extremely sanitary one in your office -- OK; but the bus station or the local bar -- not on your life.
