This has probably been done before...maybe several times...but I'll post it anyway.
I had a random thought one day about having the mental ability to cause sexual pleasure in the opposite sex with no physical contact. Now this has the obvious short term potential, but the twist that came to mind was the user...a painfully average sort...learning to use the ability in a very subtle manner, to cause a certain object of their affection to become slightly arouse whenever he or she is near them. Eventually causing the subject to believe they are very attracted to this person, without ever knowing they are under any exterior influence.
