Prostate Milking

I want to have my prostate milked - both for pleasure and for health reasons but don't want to ask my doctor (for obvious reasons); and I've tried it with three different FBSM providers and they didn't seem to be able to find my prostate, even thought they advertised that was a specialty. Where can a guy go to have this happen - by someone who really does know what they're doing? I'm in the SF Bay area btw. Any input ?

I think my doctor would be great with the 'health reasons' part - but the pleasure part? Um, not to sure about that

I’ve heard the stories like. Doc I slipped and fell. Landed on my butt. I got this toy car up my butt. I couldn’t get it out. So here I am. Or … I was with my bf and he thought it would be fun to put a baseball up there. It went in ok. We couldn’t get it out. Is why we are here.
So… do you think your doc hasn’t heard or dealt with it before? TBH medical professionals are a great source of information and entertainment. If you know them well away from work.

Thx for your reply - I am aware of what you are saying. I have heard these stories from medical pros too - like the guy who goes in with a cucumber stuck up his ass because he tried to use it as a dildo and it got stuck - true story from one of the medical facilities in the Bay area. Here's my point though. If I say to my doctor that I want a prostate massage/check I am sure she will oblige or send me to a urologist who will. But if I tell her I want to have a prostate orgasm in her exam room, I seriously doubt she can do that, even if she wants to, for medical ethics reasons - get my drift? Now, you're free to disagree - or maybe you know a doctor who would love to milk my prostate - idk? I was thinking abut provider other than doctors? Is that evnn possible?

Now that's an idea - I'll sure try it - it will be interested to see where it goes. I would also like to find a non-medical provider who does this - does anyone know of anyone in the Bay area

Yeah it's not that easy. My ex tried to milk my prostrate one time. We spend probably around 15-30 mins where she moved her fingers around inside my anus and asking questions about what it feels like etc. She had read online about how to do it before trying with me. But it didn't work.

Makes sense - I visited several FBSM providers back in the day who advertised that they did prostate massage but not one of them ever found my prostate - so I either don't have one (which I know I have - the doc finds it easy enough) or they didn't really know how to find it. Idk?

My wife found my prostate easily enough, but no magic happened.

How do you know if it really was the prostate if no magic happened? Isn't it supposed to happen magic?

I've had more than enough digital rectal exams to know what it feels like when a finger makes contact.

For several years I had GF who is a MD. With one finger she did things to me that I still dream about 25 years later.

She practiced in a small rural town, and often told me stories about "new patients" who were well versed in claiming symptoms that would trigger a prostate exam that they "enjoyed just a little too much". The patients' names were immediately shared by her and the other 2 female MDs in town. She had no problem showing guys how to find and stimulate their prostates if honestly asked, but she got really pissed if she was tricked into an exam for jollies.

She told me that medical schools will actually pay you to let a class of students practice prostate exams on you. She said that there were a few regulars who showed up with their own preferred lube.
