Profile picture?

I uploaded a profile picture but it doesn't show up when I post, in my usercp it shows it as my current profile picture

The picture you uploaded shows on your profile. To get a pic under your nickname, you have to wait until you have 100 posts, and then upload an avatar under the User CP

Okay so I have over 100 posts and it still won't come up as my AV

Sometimes it takes a little while for that hundredth post to register. Be patient and give it till morning or so. You might also need to log out and log back in or something to "re-boot" your session.....Carney

Sometimes it takes awhile. Refresh your User CP page, and click Edit Avatar.

Or just wait it out for a few posts...

The avatar is a separate image from the profile picture.

Go to your user CP (or the quicklinks meu) and click on edit avatar. The upload an image that is no more than150 pixels in the larger dimension and less than 15KB,
