How to get a profile / avatar picture

I know that I've seen that, after 100 posts, you can have a profile picture. I also know that I had one that only I could see for a while. How do I change my "T" into my profile picture of choice?

Or have I inadvertently done the right steps already?

Visit your Lit Control Panel to change your Avatar.

go to profile and submit then it will be approved well or not haha at their discretion
