That really doesn't describe how high you actually got, if you're above the lake at ANY altitude, you can look down and see the lake.

IF, there was supposed to be a wing walker, then they've lost their job over this. If this was done while taxiing out or in, then there will be a review board and an inquiry as to how it happened, and the captain will be going through some remedial training on taxiing.
