Granted yes 9/11 happened and more Security was added..... but fuck some of the shit they are getting away with.

I bet the presedent and Priminister didn't have there cars taken apart though.

The cops in my hometown are that way. THe believe that if you're under the age of 25 then you are a drug addict. So if you're pulled over, they will pull of your hubcabs, remove your seats from your car (wheather you have consented to a search or not). Then when you come up clean, they drive off and leave you.

The increased security at American borders after 9/11 lasted less than 2 months. The first time I crossed after last September, they were being very serious about ID and questioning travellers - but by December it had slipped back to how it was prior. The only time I saw it get tight again was in June when the NASCAR race was in Michigan and Canadians were travelling over there to see it. Of course, I'm not going anywhere near the friggin borders this week.
