I would probably understand quite a bit better if you used words instead of singular letters to convey your point. But that's my own personal pet peeve.

To address your question: You would probably do well to stop masturbating when you feel like you're close to coming. Back off, relax a bit, then start again. Do this several times before allowing yourself to come. Before you start, decide on how long you want to try to make it last...then shoot (ahem) for that time. The next time you jerk off, go for a longer period.

Also, a note on your first time: if you want your first time to last longer, get rid of the first load beforehand. (so to speak)
