Mom always wanted a HUGE family and she got married very, very young, at 18, to an older man who ended up dying early. They only had one son. She dedicated herself to raising him but she is now 36 and never got the big house, big family, taking care of multiple kids and enjoying being surrounded by noise and the busyness of a big family that she always wanted. She loves her son but feels that the dream was taken away from her. She's always stayed in shape and looks very young for her age.
Son and Mom end up developing a relationship and he knows what she has always wanted. He finishes college early, gets a great job, and sets out to impregnate her. They have one child every year together, until she is 42 with six kids, not including the adult son.
He is providing, she is taking care of the home and the kids, and its busy and insane but its everything she wanted. They move somewhere where no one knows and raise their kids together.
Their favorite kink: He drinks a lot of her breastmilk to keep her producing as much as possible. Knowing that her breastmilk was also his exclusively at one point.

I'm in the very early stages of writing a story where a young man has to impregnate both his sister and his mother.
Their plane crashed in a bad storm, and they were rescued a second before death by the goddess of lust and love who took them to her realm. They are quarantined on an island, and to leave it, they must open their hearts to each other and engage in acts of worship.
To this goddess, acts of worship means breeding, and she doesn't have any concerns about incest, the only requirements is the people love each other and don't force each other. So it's just a matter of seeing how long they hold out before they give in to what the goddess wants.
If they never give in, they can live the rest of their natural lives on that island, never able to leave it, being on their own for survival.
