That warm weather was a treat, Kayte...no doubt about it. But along w/ it came some deceiving......I took the kid to work Sun Am...5-ish...was walking on slush and hit ice...almost went down but instinct stopped me and I wrenched the living hell outta my back...I keep forgetting to let myself fall safely......so I'm down. But, shit happens...*sighs*

Sweetie I just read about a Fall you had on another thread! I am so sorry sweetie, that can be so nasty.

The only reason I do know how to fall is back in my youth, my 20s.. I was taking some judo/self defense courses. The first thing that is learned is how to fall. You have to let yourself go down! That has stuck with me.

Believe me sweetie, there can be momentary embarrasment, and there have been times I have had to tell people who want to help, to wait a minute... It bothers them more than it does me....
