There were Black slave traders in Africa and Black slave owners in the US. As well as Black slave owners in Africa. So my guess is yes there would have been. Although the question perhaps should be if the country was Black founded and was majority Black populated would the slaves have been Black or other races, including white?

How do Africans get to the Americas without Europeans bringing them as slaves?

A more plausible hypothetical would be if the indigenous population of the Americas had proved more resistant to European diseases, leaving them strong and numerous enough to fend off colonialism.

In that case, the United States might well have wound pretty similar to the way it is now, minus the stain of slavery. The Enlightenment ideals of the Founding Fathers were heavily influenced by Native American political thought.

I guess I made the assumption that if Blacks were the majority population in Europe, as was a scenario in the OP's post that they would develop at roughly the same pace as the white Europeans did and perhaps do many of the same or better advancements. I believe one of the greatest tragedies of slavery and racism is the ignoring of amazing talents of many Blacks both in the past and still today.

In your scenario perhaps the Black majority would have allied with the Arabs and become a major world power.

Slavery would still exist in the Americas,the Arabs were notorious slave traders for longer than Europeans,and were still trading after the Civil War on the East Coast.They never operated on the West coast to a great degree.
And for those who would ask why is there no large population of Africans in Arab countries,the answer is simple they used to totally castrate all male slaves.
