Judge Orders Redo Of 2022 Judicial Race In Texas After More Than 1,400 Illegal Votes Cast​

A judge ordered that a 2022 Texas judicial election must be redone after finding more than a thousand illegal ballots were cast, far exceeding the margin of victory.

Judge David Peeples ruled Wednesday that the 2022 race between Republican Tami Pierce and Democrat DaSean Jones for the 180th District Court in Harris County must be held again after finding “the true outcome [of the election] cannot be determined.”

Pierce contested the race after losing by just 449 votes to incumbent Jones. Jones, however, filed a motion to dismiss — which was later rebuked by Peebles as being “frivolous.”

Peeples ultimately found 1,430 invalid votes were cast, and declared it was “not realistic or feasible to determine which candidate received those votes.”

Peeples found there were 606 votes cast by voters whose Statement of Residence showed a location outside the county and an additional 146 ballots were counted from voters who listed their residence as being in a “nearby town or city without stating any county of residence.“

Retracting this as the judge's ruling states the word "illegal". Most appear to be voters with IDs outside the district. I'm curious as to why those voters voted in the district....I wonder if they did so by accident or whether their IDs hadn't been updated

We realize the issue is complicated for you. Maybe they knowingly voted illegally. Whatever the motivation or circumstance the votes were unlawful according to the judge and in numbers that required a new election.

Judge Yates also mandated strict signature verification for mail-in ballots, making it more difficult for Democrats to cheat with their mass-manufactured votes. This blows holes in Jocelyn Benson’s plans for election chaos in Michigan.

For all the reasons set forth in this opinion, the Court declares that the “initial presumption” of validity in signature verification of absentee-ballot applications and envelopes mandated by the December 2023 guidance manual issued by defendants is incompatible with the Constitution and laws of the State of Michigan.

For similar reasons, the Court declares that the catch line referring to an “initial presumption of validity” in R 168.22 is incompatible with the Constitution and laws of the State of Michigan.

A newly leaked phone call between Arizona’s Democratic statewide officeholders reveals how they scrambled to find a narrative before announcing a statewide error that validated the citizenship of nearly 100,000 voters.

“It’s going to validate all of their theories about illegal voting in our elections,” said Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on the call obtained by the Washington Post. “They’re going to be calling for new 2020 and ’22 elections as well,” Hobbs worried, referencing her own election that she rigged and stole from Kari Lake last midterm cycle.

Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes admitted that “all of these elections are challengeable” as a result of the state not verifying voters’ citizenship.

Still, it is unclear who leaked the phone call. This could have been a staged phone call and “leak” to the regime media in order to make it seem as though the officials were doing their best to ensure election integrity and transparency.

All three of the officials on the call allegedly won their elections in 2022, where 60% of machines failed on election day in the State’s largest county, Maricopa, and hundreds of thousands of phony or illegal mail-in ballots were believed to have been counted. Notably, Katie Hobbs, as Secretary of State, was responsible for overseeing the elections in 2020 and 2022.

Best thing you can do is provide direct links to family and friends to check their registration as well as valid state information for dates and registration. I've posted multiple times to my feeds to provide this for Ohio voters.

And I always advise them to ignore anything sent via mail if they didn't request it.
