The newly discovered evidence of uncounted ballots and voter disenfranchisement across the state was intentionally withheld by Katie Hobbs at Abe’s first trial. It's much easier to do whatever crap you're now doing here than, say, having to explain the Cyber Ninja recount or the fact that trump wanted the counting continued in Arizona after the election, but wanted it stopped while he was ahead in Michigan and Pennsylvania. He says that this loss allows him to appeal further on the grounds that the judge corruptly denied his attorneys the ability to find the evidence that some people who were legally entitled to vote did not have their ballots tabulated.

That's hella victory.

He's only had something like three years to find the evidence, did he expect the presidential handover to Biden be delayed for ever while he scratches his ass?
