Post-apocalyptic fun (ic)

Xaphia considered the idea, just turn and leave, wouldn’t be much of a problem to either of them there, it should have been the obvious course of action, but she wasn’t likely to be leaving any time soon. She pulled herself closer to Ashlynn and embraced her in a tight hug, nuzzling against her for a moment, but then pulled away, a sad look in her eyes for the second she let them be seen, her gaze quickly turning away as her hand loosened and slipped from Ashlynns grip, her feet carrying her in to a swift run towards the sounds of action.

Xaphia didn’t look back, she would have liked for Ashlynn to follow, but she prayed she wouldn’t, had she been a little smarter she would have ignored both her curiosity and the scent she had followed, doing that had never turned out well for her, but just like always she just smiled and followed like she was enthralled, now she had led the only person she had met in ages in to what could only be described as a horrible place to be.

She stopped after running quite a way through hallways and up stairs, coming to an end in front of a large locked wooden door, she could have blasted away the hinges or the lock with her pistol, but decided on a more subtle approach. She pulled out a set of lockpicks from the tool belt under her oversized greatcoat and got to work, her delicate and nimble gloved hands deftly unlocking the door with a satisfying and loud click.

***************************************************

Blue was about to bound off towards the sight of the commotion, but Ayumi’s hand caught him off guard, freezing him in the spot for just long enough to get the lead while he looked down at where her fingers had trailed over him. He didn’t know why, its not like he expected to see anything there, as if she had taken the opportunity to plant some explosive charge, but his eyes demanded to see none the less.

It didn’t take long for him to catch up with her, though he couldn’t help but lag behind slightly, the sight of her running before him in what he still refused to call clothes was something he couldn’t resist, but when they got closer he shook his mind clear and caught up, just as an angel crashed through the window above them and in to the fray. Blue didn’t like angels, or demons for that matter, to otherworldly for his tastes, though he did enjoy it when their plans went wrong around him, he never understood why, but something about the fact that he was a man made by man, rather than god, just messed around with anything that didn’t involve hard and proper science.

He looked to Ayumi when she asked how long she had been out of commission, he didn’t know the exact answer to that, but he had an idea, not that he was too keen on sharing it with her at the time, combat tended to go better with as few distractions as possible, but he just couldn’t say no to her “I don’t have an exact number, but I estimate that between your project being shut down and this moment now, a bare minimum of 250 years has passed” he paused for a moment “I’m guessing you’ve missed allot, if you’re not ready, then there’s nothing wrong with us sitting this one out”

Thomas expected nothing less then some wise talk and some form of a trap, he was slightly angered that his gun didn't penetrate her skin, but perhaps he'd left the hollow point rounds in the chamber? That was probable, especially after dealing with the night-walkers from before. While it was only 9mm, the internal mechanism and liquid power used to shoot the bullets were hardly standard and often would make a nice clean hole in three inches of metal. In fact Thomas tended to stick with hollow points, since most of the fleshy creatures here wouldn't die with small 9mm holes in them, though they would if the hollow points expanded and began bouncing around their internal organs like a pinball.

The creak had him moving before the dresser even fell. He leaped sideways, probably not the best choice since he was trying to escape the thing longways, but it was better then jumping into the teeth of a Demon, and he couldn't go backwards either. He hit the floor with his shoulder, and finish the jump by rolling up to his feet.

Immediately he looked back at the Demon and to his surprise found the window shattering and something in the form of an inhuman blur speeding at the Demon. It couldn't be the convoy, the only thing they had that moved that fast were missiles, and they'd never use one of those unless he ordered it and everyone was clear.

Frowning, he decided to use the break to his advantage, quickly popping open the magazine of his 92FS and finding that indeed he had standard hollow point shells in them. He checked on the inside of his trench coat and found he only had two extended clips of the advanced rounds on him. Muttering a curse, he loaded one of the two and then stepped back towards the ruckus at the window, readying, and making sure that his shots would count.

"Xaphia don't!" Ashlynn said and quickly moved after the girl, but she lost her quickly enough in the hallways.

"Damn it," she whispered to herself as she ran a hand through her ebony hair. Shots echoed through out the building and spurred Ashlynn to move faster to find the other girl.

It was never a good thing to run towards gunshots, so she didn't understand what had Xaphia moving towards them. Even living in a vault, the girl should know better than to put herself into that kind of danger.

Ayumi

Her systems had missed two additional lifeforms, both mostly human. Ayumi frowned and ran a hand through her hair in frustration, a very human action. She looked over at Blue and slipped a hand into his.

It seemed that he didn't know what to do as he grasped it hesitantly.

"Blue? I hope you don't mind, but I would like to sit this one out." She sighed.

"This is frying my brain, all this new stuff. You've got to catch me up on things. Maybe over a cup or coffee or something?" Ayumi moved in front of him, hoping that he would get the hint and wrap his arms around her.

Lovisia

Lovisia watched the half-demon with keen eyes that would have made an eagle green with envy, watching for any sign of treachery as she embraced Ashlynn. If she had...her temple would have been caved in before she had a chance to act upon it.

The half demon ran off toward the battle...unerringly toward it.

Her scent analyzers detected the scent of fresh blood. That must be how she must be tracking it.

Ashlynn had ran after her, with the Ghost undetected in tow, and quickly became lost, but continued to try and find her.

The shattering glass indicated a third person had joined the battle...and the loud crash indicated someone else had tried to drop something heavy on someone else.

When Ashlynn began to get too close to the battle for the supersoldier's taste, she made a decision she probably...no...definitely should not have made.

"Do not go..." she whispered aloud, her suit's speaker giving it a creepy ghost-like whisper quality. She had already moved away from the location she spoke from before Ashlynn had even had a chance to react, "You will distract her..." and moved again.

Blue was hesitant to take her hand, but after a second he did, squeezing it tight and smiling softly when she said she wanted to sit out and avoid the conflict, trying not to look disappointed in any way, he wasn’t really, he doubted he would have gotten to burn anything or get paid at the end, so sticking close to her had been his only real incentive.

“I don’t know where we’re gonna find any coffee” he said, putting an arm around her shoulders and pulling her close “but I’m sure we can find a nice place to sit” he started walking with his arm still around her “if we cant, then you’ll just have to settle for my lap” he said with a smirk as they walked past the next building, a rusted fire escape catching his eye.

“I have an idea” he let her go and sped up, jumping in to the wall beside them, kicking off it and on to the ledge of the fire escape, then turning back to look down at Ayumi “are you coming? I find rooftops to be nice places for a quiet chat”

Ashlynn spun around at the sound of the voice and again when it sounded from a different direction. "Who's there? Show yourself..." she demanded, her eyes trying to pinpoint where the person was. Her grip tightened around her gun, uncomfortable with not being able to find anything to go with the voice.

Her fear was a palatable thing and she didn't like that. It was bad enough that she had lost Xaphia but now she was dealing with some unknown entity.

“ I hate to say this Marlina, But I would like it if you will stay behind” Kris replied softly. “ Who ever they are, they maybe after me and I don’t want you to get involved in my trouble.” He added with a sigh.

He couldn’t get her involved she had a convoy to look after and protect, but even if she did leave it would be much of a life to run from one place to another. Kris couldn’t let that happen to her , not a life like that.

As Kris got ready to leave he gave her one last smile. “ who knows I may return” Kris replied as he gave her smile.

With that he took off towards the building, he didn’t see the male and female he saw earlier he figured that they must have went in another direction. One that lead away from the building he was headed to. His foot steps were silent. Well almost silent if one tried hard enough they could faintly hear his feet make contact with the ground. But they would have to listen very closely and most people could hear that closely which it was good for him. The only one’s he knew could hear him was his fellow super soldiers they were the only one’s he meet that could hear him.

Kris quickly hit the door and looked all around before walking into the building with his gun raise, ready for anything that he may come across. The cold air in the building slowly reveled a green laser beam darting from place to place. It was times like these that he wished that he had taken one of the AACSS37, (Advance Armored Combat Stealth Suit model 37). Or one of the stealth suits, they weren’t heavily armored like the AACSS but offered a good amount of Protection plus it gave the user a stealth camouflage or a optic camouflage. He even would trade in his rifle for one of the older S7 CAS (sector 7 combat armored suit). He silently made his way towards the sound of the fighting. As he made his way he quickly heard a voice call out

“ Who’s there show yourself”

It was impossible for a person to detect him not in the dark building, Unless she had a motion detector or a scanner that would have been the only way for the person to call out to him. Not wanting to make his own presence known he stood were he was silently, ready for anything that would come his way.

Ayumi

All her bodily movements stopped temporarily.

"No coffee?" She gulped. "But I love coffee." The female android sighed as she let him lead.

Ayumi looked at him coyly and was about to reply when he kicked off a neighboring wall and effectively landed on a fire escape. She mock pouted.

"Aw don't tell me, I'm gonna have to come and get you." A smile made its way onto her face as she sheathed her swords.

Ayumi mirrored Blue's movements exactly as she landed right next to him. A finger pointed upward.

"So, are we going to get onto the roof itself, or are we just gonna stand here?" The platform creaked slightly as Ayumi jumped just close enough to grab a protruding rafter and vaulted herself up.

Ayumi looked down to smile at him, only to find him gone.

"Oh don't tell me that he is al..." She turned around slowly and looked at her companion's smiling face.

Ayumi arched an eyebrow as she looked around.

"I don't see many places to sit. So you sit first. I'll be right behind you."

Blue looked slightly confused but sat down anyways. Ayumi made her way over to him and sat down straight in his lap! She straddled him and wrapped her arms around his shoulders.

"Don't look surprised, love. I'm just taking you up on your offer." Her lips lifted in a genuine smile as they hovered close to Blue's own.

Ayumi stayed still, waiting with anticipation at Blue's next actions.

The sound of the glass breaking and tumbling through the air reached Crimson´s ears at the same time the sight of the wardrobe falling on Thomas reached her eyes. And she was so focused on the latter, wanting to test Thomas and finding now a good chance to do so, that she almost missed the former. Normally, she would have been able to react much, much faster, but with the Old Bastard away...

That didn´t mean Crimson wasn´t ready. She side-stepped as she turned to face her new assailant. A burning pain slashed through her side, just as a lot of feathers ruffled her face. To a normal person, they would have felt just like that, like feathers. To her, it felt like a shower of pine needles. Very annoying and even stinging here and there. However, she grinned sadistically wondering what whoever was attacking her would think of the desk Crimson had just pulled towards herself with tremendous force.

The result was the desk hitting both her and her attacker at the same speed the angel had come at her. It slammed against both of them, propelling them right back out of the window. Now, she didn´t know about the angel that had just thrown itself against her, but Crimson had been ready for the harsh landing right since the desk´s tables left the floor.

What little glass remained on the window was thoroughly shattered by the heavy impact of the table against the window-frame, and Crimson fell heavily onto her shoulder. She rolled away, and finally laid onto her side, on the street, with a satisfied grin. That had been a rather good move, she thought, as she looked down at the wound on her side. It was easy to see the bleeding cut. A red ichor stained the concrete. A red ichor that seemed to be boiling, bubbles bursting constantly on the surface.

"Heh...!" She stood up, a little shaky, putting a hand to her side as she surveyed her new opponent. An angel! Crimson was surprised to see her suspicions confirmed, on seeing the divine being. She had killed enough angels, and enough demons too, to suspect that most of them had gone into hiding. But here was one that still dared to play God´s Avenger!

Aella

She was not the least bit surprised when the demon sidestepped her outstretched blade, she in fact had expected it, though the opportunely to kill the wretched thing with a single surprise strike could not be passed up. The second blade struck home, she felt the blade bit into the demon's flesh and pulse with holy wrath at the vile flesh. The wing buffet across the face she knew would surprise and anger the demon.

Though she had been wary of the demon's telekinetic powers, she had been committed to her attack, and had no way to dodge the desk or demon that flew with her back out the window.

As they separated mid air, the angel outstretched her wings to slow and control her fall, landing in a crouched position as if she had made a jump from a mere ten feet up. The angel immediately sprung at the demon, already crossing three quarters the distance between them before the demon looked up from her wound indignantly and began to stand...with a slightly noticeable shake.

Good.

She did not deign to respond to the abomination with words, her blades would to her talking for her, she had nothing to say to it.

Closing the last bit of distance, her blades slashed, one then the other reacting to the demon's movements in response to the first blade. She kept watch out of her peripherals for signs of moving objects, her ears tuned to the sound of objects being lifted or hurled through the air.

The demon was freshly wounded, and slightly shaky, so the angel pressed her attack to take advantage of the slight edges these gave her, but she was not going to be oblivious to any counter attack, especially the telekinetic object that would likely come from behind.

The incredibly deafening noise of the window shattering and the two pieces of furniture bursting into bits left Thomas's ears ringing for a moment. He yawned, and shook his head to right his sense of balance before stepping over the wardrobe quickly, lightly falling out of the window to the street and taking a look at the site in front of him. Some rapid calculations went through his head, the two spirit beings were locked in combat, but their styles were very well balanced and they did not fight too close together for him to risk hitting the angel. He would still have to be careful, but he was going to be careful anyways since he only had two clips of these advanced rounds.

Now that they were in the open it would be a lot easier for the Demon and Angel to use their speed to their advantage, however, once the strike team arrived it would allow a whole hell of a lot more firepower to be brought down on their asses. Thomas watched coolly as they battled and lightly pressed his earpiece, "Little Bird, you over here yet? Get ready for a gun run. We might need it, do not fire until my command." While the Little Bird's mini-gun could literally tear both combatants to bits, Thomas decided repaying the Angel who probably had saved him from some injury with death, wouldn't be the smartest thing in the world.

For now he sheathed his sword and removed the 2nd of his pistols, loaded with the virtually useless rounds. He fired this gun on semi-automatic mode, carefully picking his shots so that the bullets did not touch the Angel. It wasn't too hard, he was such a good shot that several of his bullets flew under her arm and between her leg before thudding into the Demon. While they weren't doing much damage, he could tell it was rather annoying. The sound of clicking entered his ears from above, and he glanced up while holding fire.

Above him in the torn out wall Strike team was in a firing line. Their heavy assault rifles would rip through anything and everything that roamed earth at the moment. Of course they held fire, not wishing to kill the Angel as Thomas had been just as reluctant.

The sound of crashing glass and a desk flying out of the window followed by two figures landing
outside caught his attention. But it was soon taken away by the figures of several men running into the
building as he looked at them he saw that they where wearing tactical gear and armed. He watched them run past him not taking notice of him. Which was some what good since he didn’t know if they where the type to shoot first then ask questions or not.

“ This day is getting interesting by the moment” Kris replied to himself as he turned off the laser sight. He didn’t want anyone to notice him not yet. He hadn’t had this much fun not since the last bounty hunter came after him and that time it was a group of them.

“ Well I better see who crashed outside” Kris whispered to himself, Kris quickly made his way silently out of the building. He was hopeful that no one saw him. Even if they did it would be a moment even with a second glance he would be long gone.

Kris slowly found a spot that over looked the battle between these two people. It was part of building that long fell down. He silently laid down and looked at the two figures, he couldn’t believe what he was seeing one had wings which he figured was an angel. He thought that they all had left according to many people who talked to him. Kris soon figured out that the other one must have been a demon the way they were fighting made seem like it was personal. Not sure if he should interfere with the fight he silently brought up the H&K and rested it on top of the stone building pieces. If the demon looked like it was winning he would then help out. But as of now there movements were slightly unpredictable if he fired towards them he may distract the wrong person.

Marlina watched Kris charge into the building and a moment of indecision gripped her. Should she follow? Marlina stared as the man and woman leapt onto the top of the building. What was wrong with her? She was frozen to the spot and couldn’t decide if she should turn and run, or actually get involved.
The sudden CRASH of glass and concrete from the side of the building made the decision for her. She also heard the approaching men and decided she would not be exposed in the middle of the street for anything or anyone! She took a running leap and snagged the fire escape and jumping on the roof, she landed with a soft THUD. The couple was locked in each other’s embrace and Marlina dared not interrupt so she softly backed away. But she did admire the intimate embrace that the two shared. It was such a beautiful moment in an ugly world, Marlina couldn’t help the romantic in her that was in awe of such a moment, she just kept backing away until-
She felt herself falling and couldn’t figure out…OH! She cursed her inattention and corrected herself midair, so that she would land on her feet. She did, only this time it wasn’t so quiet or graceful. Marlina landed with a crash into some old aluminum trash cans but as quickly as she could she jumped back up with her guns out and a curse on her tongue.
“Damn!” she swore as she looked around her. She heard a soft chuckle from the shadows. Indignantly she yelled, “Show yourself, or I swear to the departed god that you will not live past that next laugh!”

There was a flash of light from the shadows as the flickering flame of a wick lighter sparked into life, It exposed only half a face there, flickering red in the shadows. The face was handsome, perhaps even devilish.

"Sorry love, can't help but laugh at something that's funny... Looks like your okay though."

The blaze disappeared, leaving only the glowing red cherry of a cigar.

"Nevermind me, just out for a walk... You know it works better if you do it on the ground... Try it sometime."

Blue vaulted up after Ayumi without a second thought, then grinned playfully when she looked back not knowing he was beside her, it disappeared somewhat when she told him to sit first though, she was a strange one, but he did as she said, sitting down on a rather large air-conditioning vent, almost the size of a small bed. His confusion just grew when she sat on his lap though, but realisation of what she was doing slowly sunk in.

“Well… I guess I did say you could” he whispered, just loud enough for their superior ears to hear, his lips bruising against hers as his hands came to rest on her back, one up between her shoulder blades, the other down at the base of her spine “I didn’t really mean like this, but I’m not complaining” his top hand pressed lightly, drawing her in to a soft kiss as Marlina made them in to her little peepshow for a few seconds before falling off the side of the building in to what sounded like old trashcans.

“Should we help her?” he asked as he pulled away from her, just enough to take in her entire face “she could be hurt” he tuned out the sounds of battle and listened, hearing her get up and talk to someone “never mind, she’ll be fine”

Ayumi

Her body shuddered involuntarily as Blue's hands came in contact with her bare back. Ayumi smiled and offered no resistance, savoring the tender kiss as her tongue played in his mouth.

Ayumi heard movement behind her back and smiled.

Guess someone's enjoying the show. She chuckled to herself until there was multiple load bangs.

"Did she just fall?" She whispered at Blue.

"Should we help her?" He responded, answering her question. He had pulled away only slightly enough for her to take in his entire face.

Ayumi was going to refuse, her body making its decision for her as she pressed closer against Blue's warmth. She mumbled some lame excuse as she pulled herself close, their lips locking together again.

The kiss held more passion this time as Ayumi ravaged Blue's mouth and her own mouth was ravaged in turn. Then her hands were splayed across his chest and she pushed until his back was against the cold metal.

Ayumi savored the position as she lay on top of him, her breasts pressing against his chest. Her arousal was now obvious as her scent wafted up towards Blue's nostrils. There was also a stirring in his groin as his member came to life.

Ayumi ground her barely-clad mound against his crotch enjoying the immediate response as he strained in his pants.

She pulled away from this kiss and looked into his fiery eyes.

"I want this." Her body grounded into his groin.

"I need this." Ayumi placed his hands at the side of her breasts.

"Please." Her voice was the merest whisper.

Lovisia

It had amazed her that as soon as the third combatant came through the window, a large mass apparently sent her and the female who wanted slaughter right out the window the newcomer just came from.

The man who like a challenge had been silent for a little bit before moving to the window and firing down at the combatants who were now in the street.

"Now it is safe," her ghostly whisper came from another direction, "I am merely one..." from a new location, "...who looks out for humanity," and sheathed her silenced pistol.

Just then she heard it...the soft chatter of delight from an imp that was about to attack its newest victim... and it was heading straight toward the window behind Ashlynn.

"Shit," she swore as she dashed toward the woman whom she was straight infront of, "Company," she said in a normal volume rather than a whisper just as she tackled the woman head on, knocking her to the ground. She had prevented her weight from crushing the woman she was saving, though she was fully pressed against her. Though metal...it was the undeniable form of a woman on top of Ashlynn.

The window shattered above them, Lovisia's invisible armored form shielding the woman beneath her from the shattering glass, especially her precious face. The least of demons flew over them, its chitter of delight turned to a shriek of rage as it was denied its prey.

Aiming by the tiny camera mounted on the gun, her Sizzler whipped around up over her back and fired...burning a hole through the demon's spine, heart, and chest...along with the next four walls behind it. That was the standard power setting on the Sizzler.

Now she turned her attention back to the sexy beauty beneath her.

Now what? She knows I'm no spirit now.

When Xaphia opened the door, she was smart enough to only crack it open, peaking around it and freezing in horror at what she saw, she crouched there for the entire fight, trying to figure out if she was more afraid of the angel or of the demon that were locked in combat before her, luckily though they quickly took it outside, giving her a chance to move again.

She slowly pushed the door open, skilfully creeping about using tables and bookshelves for cover as she tried to get to a window and see what was happening out in the street, the two creatures were both so majestic and horrifying that she couldn’t help herself, she got so eager that as she neared the window she forgot to control her tail, the deceptively small appendage flicking out from being imprisoned under her coat for so long, bashing against a small pillar with an already crumbling bust on it, sending it to shatter loudly on the floor.

She breathed in at the sound and forgot to breathe out, the men by the window with all the guns would have definitely heard that, she had been shot once today, she had no plans for it to happen a second time. She finally remembered to breathe as she scurried over and crouched behind an upturned desk, her tail disappearing under her coat so she could try her best to look like a scared little girl.

*********************************************

For blue, taking her obvious offer of a kiss had been a rather forward act, when it comes to conflict, Blue was a master, he could take decisive action in anything that wasn’t so… personal, but his experience in such things was woefully lacking, practically non-existent really, so when she stared grinding against him, he was quite out of his depth, so much so that he even missed the sound of the rusted metal beneath them straining under their weight. But when she placed her sizeable breasts in to his artificial hands, a sort of instinct took over, he had been made fully functional, he hadn’t been given much of a clue about what he was meant to do though, yet somehow, he knew.

He looked in to her eyes for a second, seeing the need in them, a look that was steadily growing in his own, then he smiled happily, something he had only done twice before “you can have whatever you want” he said, his hands slowly starting to kneed the fleshy mounds as he used them to pull her closer so he could kiss her collarbone “If I can get it, then its yours, always” he took one of his hands off her breast and moved it down to grab her rear and pull her further up on to him, shifting their weight even further on to the vent.

“You just have to… what’s that?” he asked, the sound of stressed metal too loud for him to miss now, but it was too little too late, the metal gave way beneath them, and the cheep building materials after that, sending them falling through the roof and on to a bed below them.

“Well, that was convenient” he said, looking around at the room, countless bits of random junk littered about, showing someone had lived there recently, but the dust over everything said not to recently “do… do we continue?” he asked, brushing some of the debris off the sizeable bed “I’m kinda new to me”

At the sound of gun fire coming from above he looked up towards the roof of the building. He quickly saw
The strike team getting ready to open fire on the demon and angel. But one of them was firing on the demon
his aiming was very good. His shots missed the angel and hit there mark on the demon.

“ He’s a good shot” Kris whispered softly as he lowered his hat over his eyes, what to do that was the
Question. He could open fire on the demon, he knew his shots would miss but once the angel saw this she
may look around to see where the shots had come from.

“ But he’s also taking a chance by doing that” Kris added to himself as he sat up and sat on top of the Rubble.

Just then he heard it the sound of gun bolts clicking, loading rounds into chambers. Kris slowly looked behind him and saw several figures all holding weapons. As he stared at one of them he saw something.

One of them was holdong a RPG

" Ah Hell' Kris replied as he looked at them. he watched as the figure pulled the trigger and saw the RPG shoot straight toward him. Kris quickly jumped off the wall only landing several feet away behind a car. He watched as the RPG destroyed part of the rubble.

" Well now its a party now there here' Kris replied as he looked at the new comers. he regonized who they were by the unifroms they wore. another group sent after him they never learn, but yet he could tell something was different about them. he wasn't sure but the way he sw one of them looking at him he thuaght he may have known one of them

Marlina was stunned to see the handsome face, and was speechless for a split second. She slipped her guns into her holster as she said "Well, you're bloody hilarious aren't you?"

She dusted herself off and jumped away from the noisy cans without disturbing them again. She peered into the shadows as she delicately walked nearer to the small red ring. She could smell the sickly sweet smell of cigar smoke and wrinkled her nose. She was curious, but wary-after all, you do know what killed the cat. So she remained a distance away and sheepishly she asked the stranger,
"What do you make of this mess?" gesturing over her shoulder.

It was great, having a worthy adversary for once. Crimson enjoyed easy prey like a child enjoyed tearing the wings of an insect away. However, that did not mean she was not annoyed by being wounded from behind by a so-called divine being. Attacks from behind were not really her cup of tea, not from such self-righteous creatures such as the one attacking her now.

But, whatever her thoughts were, she danced along. The problem with swords was that they worked magnificently well on living beings because they bled to death, and their flesh was weak to the blade. However, a demon such as Crimson was simply too tough for that. Decapitation certainly might work, from a holy blade. But she obviously knew that and she was not going to give the angel a chance at that. Then, there was wearing her down through multiple wounds. And in that resided another problem. The angel needed to swing or thrust with enough force and speed to get through her defense.

But Crimson was fast and strong enough to not only repel those attacks, but find opportunities of her own. Despite the bothersome fire from that insolent Thomas, who was going to have quite a surprise waiting for him.

First things first, though.

A 9mm round hit Crimson´s foot, which left the ground. The angel, seeing her chance, immediately performed a double swing, with her left blade coming down towards Crimson´s shoulder, and her right blade coming up towards her hip. An attack to cut her in the same line from both directions at the same time. Normally, an impossible-to-dodge maneuver from someone who had just had her balance knocked off.

Except the 9mm round had never hit her foot hard enough to do that.

Crimson stepped forward, between the angel´s blades and into her arms. Her own hands delicately closed around the angel´s forearms, before gripping her with the strength of a bulldozer. One of her boots slammed down onto the divine being´s foot, keeping her pinned to the ground, and in the way of Thomas´ shots. Then, her sharkish grin came again as she leered into the angel´s eyes.

"I´ve always wondered about one thing... can an angel fly with her wings broken?"

A streetlight nearby was pulled out of its place, the concrete cracking and brushing as it was torn off. Then, it came down on Aella´s wing. The impact broke the main bone, a *clack* sound like a piano key being pushed a little too hard. This sound, though, was loud and shiver-inducing. And yet, despite its apparent seriousness, both Aella and Crimson knew that such a fracture would not slow the angel down for too long. Flight or no flight, the wing would heal soon.

And that was why, before the angel could control the pain, Crimson freed Aella´s foot and then headbutted her hard, sending her down against the concrete. Just as the angel looked up, she could see a veil of darkness fall in front of her, hiding Crimson from her view, from head to feet. Thomas, who had a higher vantage point, could see a semi-circle of darkness form in the street, with Crimson just behind the outer-most central point. It was like watching the biggest theater curtain in the world signal the end of an act. Although when it fell, two bright pink eyes still stared down at her from the darkness. They were completely different to the dark eyes Crimson had shown during their fight.

"We´ll meet again, my dear little bird... we´ll meet again, and I´ll make you sing for me."

The pink eyes retreated into the darkness with the sound of steps as their company, until the shadows swallowed them...

Ayumi smiled down at him as his hand made its way down her back and pulled him closer to him.

"Then I intend on taking it." She lowered her head in anticipation for another kiss.

That was when the vent crumbled in on itself. Blue fell, holding her in his arms, and landed in a bed.

"That was convenient!" He murmered as he surveyed the room. "Do, do we continue?"

Ayumi bubbled with mirth as she kissed him lightly on the mouth.

"Of course, sweetheart." She cooed in his ear as her hands worked on the ties that held her skimpy top in place.

"What would make you think otherwise?" She finally got them loose and shrugged the obtrusive fabric and battle-gear off. Her breasts stood high on her chest and inch-long nipples were erect.

Ayumi lay on top of him topless. She slowly crawled off the bed and stood just out of his reach. Her thong was gone soon as well before she crawled back into the bed with him to help him with his own clothing.

"Are you sure about this darling?" Ayumi growled deep within her chest.

Ashlynn struggled to find the source of the voice, but everytime it spoke it spoke from a different spot and there was nothing there. She was getting dizzy when suddenly she was knocked off her feet, by some invisible force.

Her head hit the floor and her vision dimmed slightly as she opened her eyes. She could feel a female body encased in metal on top of her, but she still couldn't see anything.

One of her hands lifted and groped at the air until it pressed itself against where she thought the head of whoever hit her would be. "Who are you?" she whispered softly, her head still spinning from hitting the floor.

Lovisia

She should have gotten off her right away...she really should have...but there was this incredibly sexy woman beneath her...and it had been two years...

More however, it was those eyes...those gorgeous blue eyes that held her there. Her mouth was watering for this woman, her pussy wet and aching with need. Oh how she wanted to taste those lips and every part of this woman...

Ashlynn had found her helmet, as long as she didn't find the hidden stud, the helmet was secure.

"You do realize you're asking an invisible person who they are, right? For now, lets just say I'm the woman who saved you from becoming that imp's plaything."
