Ok, I've been talking to a couple people about this and they know I have moer than a thousand posts. Now, how do I change my name or "position" that is basically right either beside my avatar or under it. How can I change that?

You mean your custom user title? There should be an option in your User CP under 'Edit Profile.' However, you may have to log out and back in or wait a day or so after getting to the 1000 post point before it appears if it works the same as AVs now.
