I’m writing a story shipping two geeks who bond by discussing the popular fantasy characters they consider worth sexual interest. He lists Aviendha and Faile (Wheel of Time), Ce’Nedra (Belgariad), also Strider (LotR) when prompted to add a male character. She lists Kitiara (Dragonlance), Drizzt the Dark Elf (Forgotten Realms), Conan, and Red Sonja. The topic seems worth continuing. Not in the story, but here on the boards.

Lanfear from the Wheel of Time. I would have loved it if Jordan had written a slow-burn love/hate romance developing between Rand and Lanfear, stretching through many books and ending with a redemption arc for her. It would have worked fantastically with the current ending. Instead, he opted for the worst romance ever between Rand, Elayne, Aviendha and Min. I love the guy for his rich imagination but he couldn't write romance for shit.

Ce-Nedra-if I recall-was part nymph and TBH I think she was underage, and her appearance represented that, but not sure if it was ever mentioned.

I remember laughing at the scene where she asks Polgara to use magic to give her bigger boobs, and the response was no and "If nothing else, having a couple of children will fill you out."

For more mainstream comics....well Starfire from Teen Titans. I recall being in my teens when this comic came out and Starfire in bondage being tortured by her sister gave me some rather...odd feelings.
