Seeker on a Path
At times this living seems so odd
Strange with dangers as I prod
Upon my path to who knows where
With heart afire, emotions bare.
Such passions come and go they seem
But follow me through field and stream
Though and I wonder why such happens
This is the journey that is Papin's....
When life does dare us to grow stronger
Somes things feel like they go....wronger (...a little poetic license there?)
Then gods & spirits I beseech
To hand me that for which I reach...
And when the aid is offered free
I look away as if to see
A greener pasture in the valley
In which I might romp and dally.
It is the path of one who seeks
Unclear ends. At times my shrieks
Are in delight and sometimes bitter
Well..so it be. I am no quitter.
So I will stumble in this walk
Until I find the place or flock
Where the weary is relieved again
Unto this chosen path...Amen.
The bolded part is one I think is true for many! But it only matters mostly that is messes with ME....at least for me...we are not so different after all in this life...hee hee!
