should be easier the second time assuming no too much time has elapsed since the first. Just use lots of lube and take it slow. You could also start by riding on top so you can be in control till you feel more comfortable.

Just make an effort to bear down (like taking a shit, sorry for the crudity, but sometimes its the only way to get the idea across) right when your partner is pushing in - that relaxes your sphincter, and with the other stuff, enough lube and some "advanced sphincter preparation work" like relaxation fingering of your own (creme rinse or soft soap in the shower works just fine, one then two fingers...) and I think you will find it very easy and quite, well - just wildly pleasurable! Having a woman watching is something I don't understand. I have no idea why that would "enhance" the pleasure. But to each their own.
