The FBI had an opening for an assassin. After all the background checks, interviews and testing were done there were 3 finalists. Two men and a woman. For the final test, the FBI agents took one of the men to a large metal door and handed him a gun.

"We must know that you will follow your instructions no matter what the circumstances. Inside the room you will find your wife sitting in a chair. Kill Her!!!"

The man said, "You can't be serious, I could never shoot my wife"

The agent said, "Then you're not the right man for this job.

Take your wife and go home."

The second man was given the same instructions. He took the gun and went into the room. All was quiet for about 5 minutes. The man came out with tears in his eyes, "I tried, but I can't kill my wife."

The agent said, "You don't have what it takes. Take your wife and go home."

Finally, it was the woman's turn. She was given the same instructions, to kill her husband. She took the gun and went into the room. Shots were heard, one after another. They heard screaming, crashing, banging on the walls.

After a few minutes, all was quiet. The door opened slowly and there stood the woman, She wiped the sweat from her brow.

"This gun is loaded with blanks" she said. "I had to beat him to death with the chair."

MORAL: Women are evil.
Don't mess with them.

Lots of information for me to digest on this thread, but I'll throw in my 2 cents or more as I can.

I have my own flavor of PMS which is not actually that bad in and of itself -- mostly mood/irritability -- but I am also dealing with other significant health issues. I have some allergies to pain medications which complicates things. Add into that this huge expanse of myself I have discovered, which I sometimes find emotionally overwhelming. It's all quite complicated, but my husband and Master is a very patient and supportive person. In addition to having a supportive partner, I've found that exercise is a KEY ingredient for me. If I fall off on that, things slowly start to fall apart.

On the nutrition end, I do my best. This is an area I know I could improve.

I had horrible PMS until I went on the pill that I'm currently on Seasonale. While I have gained weight, which totally sucks, I only get a period every three months, so I am able to push off the days of insanity as I like to call them.

Now I just have to figure out how to lose the weight...

I tend to get very moody, and i start to snap alot. I get very bitchy with my comments, Then regret what i say and cry over the smallest thing.
My Master now makes allowances for when i suffer PMS thank god, else i would be in so much trouble. He always knows whan I'm having a bad time and is very supportive.
I have tried many things to help me, but nothing seems to work, I usually just take a painkiller, and try and relax. So reading this thread has given me lots of new things i can try. thankyou all.
