...tell I'm going to be alright.
I have my first exam tomorrow at 2-5pm British Time and I'm freaking already.
Please tell me I'm going to do fine *biting fingernails*

You are going to be more than alright, your going to ace it!!! You intelligent little devil you.
Oh and stop biting your nails!!!

:D

LOL I just put some horribly tasting nail polish on... I only start biting my finger nails before exams.

*panic*

Of course you are. (Er, you have revised haven't you?)

If you weren't feeling nervous you probably would mess up through overconfidence. So, for now, just go with the butterflies in stomach.

<---- Havelock Vetinari btw

butterflies? I got bloody flying dinosaurs in my little stomach.

*calming herself down* only 4 more exams until you have your degree... and you will get a 2.1 YOU WILL. *Running in circles*

Of course you're going to be alright. Remember, everything you've heard in class and reviewed is stored right there in your pretty little head. All you have to do is relax and let it come out. I know from your posts that you are a very intelligent woman and you won't let a little exam beat you!

Go girl:)

fine

..you'll be fine, just take deep breaths and remember a degree is just a useless bit of paper - just lie everyone else does

tomorrow: Florence in the Renaissance
monday: syrian archaeology c.250-750AD

well that should come in handy in the job market....:D

well, I'm not sure about the Archaeology class - I took that out of pure interest (and masochism) but the Florence class is truly fascinating.
Especially the writings of Niccolo Machiavelli, the early Banking structures that still greatly exist today, the influence of the papacy, the patronage of artists like Michelangelo, Raphael and Da Vinci and so on.... but especially Machiavelli, I value his work, his biting cynicism, his political analysis, his fickleness... you gotta love it.

no..no

no..no..
remember all the words of encouragement on this thread

LOL I know.... and if all goes wrong on Monday after my last exam I already got a hairdressing appointment :D

exactly

Firenza Quatrocentro

So? How'd it go writing the exam?

Steven Wright: I went into a restaurant that had a sign which said "breakfast any time." So I asked for two eggs over easy in the fourteenth century.
