You from the neighborhood, start trading names of places... VG I know you had mentioned Michael's before....should we try that again? (Never been, don't know what it's like, but if it's got food, tables & a casual atmosphere, I'm sure it'll work!) Street Rd also conjures up Friday's, right?
Does Bensalem (close to turnpike, Rt 1 & 5 minutes from 95) work for the other interested parties?
Also, VG, whatcha mean Yahoo chat? Clue me in, please, if it would make this easier.

if you have yahoo instant messenger we could attempt to set up a confrence chat with a bunch of us. we'd need to set a time when a lot of us are going to be online. or we just start a contact line somewhere other than here.

i am theoriginalvoyergirl on yahoo, all lowercase and no spaces just as you see it there. i am generally on a lot at night and actually this week i am off work so you might catch me on during the day.

as far as michael's goes, it is a huge bar. they have tables but as far as food and a quiet place we can talk - not here. bucks county is a big place, we need to figure out where we are doing it. and remember that is black friday so the roads are going to be hellish to travel on.

I'm in for anywhere, but I am not that familiar with Bensalem. So any place you pick will be fine. I agree that it should have tables and be casual.

Also I am on yahoo with the handle Jus26High . Feel free to add me anyone. I am inundated with work up until Wed afternoon so after that I am good for a chat.

But again I don't think I need to discuss anything as I am willing to do whatever everyone else wants to do.

I do yahoo as well. I am Phillychocolatem on yahoo. As far as a place to eat The eddington house <right off of Street Rd 2 mins from 95> is a good option and its 2 mins from Michael's as well. Or we could take over Applebys or Fridays they are both in that area. Theres also Hooters <WG> All on Street Rd and mins from the turnpike, Route 1 and 95.

Sounds interesting...I defintely would prefer someplace with tables, as opposed to a bar. I notice that Eddington House has food & is Bensalem's oldest tavern.
That could work, eh? Those who wish to eat & chat, come for a late dinner, those who wish to just 'hang' can come later & join...? (Or just watch us eat!) I also see Eddington House has bands on Fri Nite (spare you guys my wretched karioke!). Hooters, BTW, is out. I guess. I bow to group consensus.

What could "Could not install the DDL Library. Specified module could not be found." possibly mean? In the short term, no Yahoo messenger this eve for me. Will have to fiddle with this. Am not a tekkie, so I'll have to concentrate (mmmm) later.
About Friday... what do you think? A late-ish supper at a place with tables, so others could wander in & join for a drink & chat?
Applebee's? Eddington? *ahem* Hooters? (Look at me trying not to blush) That way if NippleFreak decides to show he'll be guaranteed a good time!

Well it depends on what time we are talking about. If early evening Eddington House might be the way to go< wont be crowded yet and they have tables and TVs and stuff> and we can get a large table and have it for when people show up. We can kind of do that at applebee's as well tho it can get crowed pretty early. Michael's is a meat market from what I hear and friday night can be a busy nite. I mentioned Hooter's as a joke, its not my idea of a get together place unless its all guys. We need to kind of set a preliminary time to meet and go from there.
 
Wanna give it a try - set 7:00 at Eddington House as the time & place & see who can make it & adjust accordingly, if necessary?

7pm is kinda early but i could probably make it there by 8ish.


oh and the date was my hubby, my Master was not coming over tonight.
