My boyfriend is not happy with the size of his penis. I, on the other hand, am happy. I decided to order a penis pump. It hasn't arrived yet. I was just wondering if they actually work. If anyone has one or has tried one, please let me know your feedback on it. Thanks!

Pumps, depending on how much vacumm pressure they can sustain can actually cause damage by tissue tearing. The tissue in the penis is not muscle tissue, its a soft spongey material that can be damages from too much expansion. Think of an old dish sponge after a couple weeks and you'll get the idea.

Additionally you just gave your boyfriend one of the biggest kicks in the balls a woman can give a man. He thinks he's inadequate, and by buying him the pump, you're tacitly agreeing with him.

The smartest move you can make is to return pump unopened and unused, and never ever tell him you bought that gizmo.

The only thing I've ever heard about surgery is from the Sunday Night Sex Show. Sue said there is a surgery that severs some of the ligaments in the lower abdomen that hold the penis in place, which gives the ILLUSION of added length. But with any surgery there is always the risk of unintentionally damaging some nerves and then, Uh-oh, no more erections.

Better to make friends with your penis just the way it is.

I was not the one who bought the penis pump, nor was it my idea. He wanted it. So he ordered it before I could stop him. I have never told him that I was unhappy with him size. I think it is perfect. I honestly dont think that he needs it, but I dont want him to stay unhappy with himself. I am self-conscience about my body, so I understand why he bought it.

I agree with all of the above. No pumps, no creams (all of those stay hard creams are a BAD idea as well), no pills or herbal suppliments to make it grow bigger.

You CAN get it to stay hard and extend the love making by use of a cock ring. Only use them in 30-40 min sessons because it could damage his pipes

As for the surgery, there is the allusion surgery that the Sunday Night Sex show talks about ... it'll add maybe MAYBE an inch... but thats it, and totally not worth it.

There are also things called penis sleeves. They can add the extra inch or two, but he doens't feel much by wearing them - so it kinda voids the reason for them anyway. Tickler cages can also give him another half inch, and lets him feel more, but not really anywhere it counts.

If and if he STILL feels insecure, drag him to Lit, to other sites online and let him find out that he is 100% fine -- and if that doesn't work, drag him under the sheets over and over again!!
