Thank you for the response. I previously tried a low cost strapless dildo, but she said it was uncomfortable as hell. I had her try holding it in place with a pair of underwear, but it didn’t work. Maybe some form of strap is needed? I’ll definitely add “feeldo” to my search terms and see what pops up.

IMO, a regular strap on (which fits properly) is easier to use and means you'll be spending less time adjusting positions / straps / etc and more time enjoying the pegging.

Look into "bumphers".
