Actually, there was nothing in that post to suggest that he actually regarded the woman he traveled to see as an actual human being. So, his attitude seems to go beyond sex workers.

I think one can make an argument that price competition and market forces are part of being an escort, and that this is something escorts inherently must deal with. If they charge too much, they discourage business.
On the other hand, I do think that haggling about price with an escort is unlikely to enhance the experience. A bit of romance and shared pleasure enhances any sexual experience. Even if it is an illusion created by a professional. So, I think I come down on Miss Mandy's side. Tipping generously will probably enhance the experience, whereas counting dollars is likely to detract.
