I work with mostly women, on the 2nd floor of our building. Most think I'm being a gentleman for opening the door for them to allow them up the stairs first. Mainly it's to have their asses in my face going up the stairs. Bonus if I can make out panty lines!

Disagree. But it has to be classy.
 
I find it really hot to see panty lines through leggings especially wet look or shiny leggings which are a big fetish of mine. The tighter the leggings the better the panty line. Also there is something mysterious about seeing a panty line through clothes, wondering what colour they are, what material, how nice they look on her body and what they are hiding, is her pussy shaved or hairy.
 
I am of a generation that has always been taught that panty lines should never show. I have even been admonished for having them show (unknowingly) by other women I worked with. Interesting to think men like to see them.
