Woah!!! Thank you
On point 3, I come from a different place than Lit. I know my audience, personally. I see them and interact with them, giving them that opportunity to steer my stories to their delight. I get direct and explicit feedback and have the opportunity to fix the things that they don't like. I don't know how that translates out here IRL where you have no idea who's reading your stuff and voting or down voting them seemingly at random.
I will admit that pandering to the crowd deserves a![]()
Question: Does that mean I can keep putting Ambien in my coffee?![]()
I would think you could keep the Ambien...and maybe even add a dash of something stronger on occasion (strictly medicinal mind you...and on occasion for inspiration...all in the quest for believable writing.) It's been a fun discussion and I hope you find you don't have to pander too much. I don't recall you ever saying what you hoped to write here...is that a secret still? If not, I'm sure inquiring minds would like to know.
