i would say that it isnt true... considering that i've only received oral once, that has a rather large effect on my perception of things. i find though that it takes a bit more to get me to an orgasm just from penetration, so if a guy can get me to cum just from vaginal sex, and it feels good too (not just him pounding away at me), than i'd constitute that as a good lover, not just that he does a great job with his tongue. i think the abilities that he has with the tongue affect that decision as well, but it isnt the only decision.. cuz believe me, a guy that can give great oral can also be terrible when it comes to vaginal..
