I'm still working at the plot. And Shoto you may want to do a new chara or maybe a none turtle.

I'm not shure they'll be alive in the story. The way I'm thinking right now Shreder has taken over New York or america or the world. I'm still thinking about it.

If there are no Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in your thread, Cats, perhaps you shouldn't entitle it Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles then. That is simply false advertising.

I'll take Donatello. The cool loving, pizza eating, sewer shredding genius. Maybe even Rocksteady or Beebop, one of them to help on the bad guy team. I thought they always got horrible raps on both the show and the movie (sequel). Might be nice to "upgrade" them for some nice contrast.
