How vain (in vain?) would it be to ask if anyone here remembers me...?

Not vain at all.

I recall seeing the shoes and the name soon after I joined, but I don't think we were introduced.
Welcome home
:rose:

Hi boys. How nice to see some familiar faces. I did wonder if there'd be anyone I knew still around.

:rose: Hrm, don't think there's vanity in the asking. Now, you might be able to rate the vanity in the expectation of how many people you expect to remember you... 100? 200? 300? But I've always had trouble with creating rating scales for programs so don't ask me.

I only just started posting here again a few weeks ago, when I thought I'd start putting up more stories. Hope all is well with you in sunny old England.

Not at all vain, but nice to meet you all the same. OK my poetry sux,

I remember you too. Welcome, even if you're just passing through.

I did get married, Thee. I also had a baby which had a much more significant effect!

Amazing how much time and energy you don't have suddenly!

Flying hug tackles nice, though, so lovely that there are still people I know here. It's like Cheers...

Now to find the time to write... Hah!

Willy, I hate to say this, but you might want to change that to "sunny cold England"
It am bloody cold round here

Being a newbie, I am the odd one out on this thread who hasn't made your online acquaintance. At any rate, welcome back.

Yeah, I know. It was a play on words. I used to live in London; I know that fair weather is the stuff that myths are made of there.

Your loss, Matthew, I'm a hoot.

Although not the baby of the bunch any more. I just had a rather...significant birthday. Gulp.
