Ok now seeing as Nasty posted "What's with old guys & young gals?" thread i'll ask the op. And my 1st new thread topic to boot!

For me im still not sure what it is with older females. I still have not put a finger on it. Im sure this topic will be hot hot hot :)

Peter :)

As someone said in my thread, age doesn't matter. I can't see the point to it, though.

To each his own, as I said before..

I don't think anyone goes out looking to fall in love with someone of a certain age. Love just happens. For me, it would not make a difference if Dragon were older than me. It just so happens, I am older than him.. And we're not talking that he's young enough to be my son. He is a grown man. As for what he thinks of being with an older woman? I have had no complaints yet..;) But I'm sure he will answer this when he gets back.

A joke

I remember hearing this on the radio.

A woman asks her husband why they don't hug anymore? He hugs her. "Why don't you give me flowers? He picks a flower from the garden. Why don't you kiss me anymore? Husband saiys, "Hold on. Let me get my teeth." That's how I feel on the subject. I don't want to be going with someone whose old enough to be wearing dentures. Besides, I'm not sure how I feel on gray hair, yet. ESPECIALLY when it comes to sex. YUCK!!!!! sorry for the images.

I don't have a problem with older woman, either. It's just when it gets drastic,(8 years, or more,) I get shivers.

Age is not the only reason for false teeth Nasty. In 1978 I lost my upper teeth and broke my jaw in an automobile accident. I was 28.

;)

LOl Nasty

Fortunately, I have my own teeth, and I don't have gray hair..

But I do understand what you mean. I feel the same way about a much older man I guess. Not really crazy about looking over and seeing someone's teeth in a bowl beside the bed.

:) But as far as the sex goes, older doesn't necessarily mean better, nor does younger. I think it has to do with each individual and the type of person they are. I prefer someone is not selfish, who cares about their partner and their needs, no matter what it takes for them to be pleased. And you can find this in all ages..

Older women can teach young men a thing or two! With age and experience comes wisdom. That can be quite ummmmm... beneficial for a young man! ;)

Nowhere is that more apropos than in the sexual arts.

And gray hair? That doesn't mean anything either. Heck, I got my first one during my freshman year in college, sonny!

I quite agree with you. HOEVER, the joke was meant in that way.

Barb,

Yes, that can happen. But I was speaking generally.

I don't think age matters all that much, tho I will admit that I do have a serious thing for women who are older than me. Most of the stories I've posted have been about younger men getting seduced by older women, but that's a fantasy I think most guys have at one time or another, an experienced woman coming along and showing him the ropes.

I have two friends who are married, he's 27, she's 37. They met at work, became friends, started dating, got married. His friends (even me, the hypocrite) thought it a bit weird, because of the age difference. But she's a very attractive woman, and she fits in with our crowd with no problem.

The thing is, there is such a pronounced sexual charge between them. I mean, you talk about two people being in tune, or in synch, or whatever. Age doesn't matter there. The two of them are like rabbits, they're always pawing each other.

I agree with you. Thats why I have allways had a thing for older women. Why spend time with the apprentice when I can have the master.

Yeah, I have a thing for older woman, too. But, I think that whole thing with Micheal Douglas and Catherane Zeta Jones is sick. Cathereraine was born when Micheal was her age, for crying out loud. OK, so I may just be a bit jealous. I'm 22, but probably wouldn't date someone older than 25. I wana live my life with someone as long as I can. If their 15-20 years older than me, the chances aren't likely,(provided they die naturally.)

And yet Nasty, there are people the same age who will live together miserably till they die. I had this discussion with Dragon many times, and we have come to realise that we would rather have 10 years of happiness, than a lifetime of hell. There is no right or wrong answer here. With love, there never is..:)

I'm seven years older than MS (Creidhne). I had a problem with it, to be honest, at the beginning, but he never gave it a second thought since all the important relationships he's ever had have been with older women. And, honestly, i can keep up with him in all ways. We share interests. We're eminently compatible. The age difference never comes up anymore except on birthdays.

He's the first man i've ever so much as dated that was younger than me, though, i'll have to admit that. I *did* have misgivings regarding becoming involved with men that were younger than me but he cured me of that prejudice in a hurry.

Bottom line?
It's no big deal.

OH!!! Where you talking to me? Your av was distracting me. You were saying? Sorry, I got nothing better to do than be a smart-ass right now.

That's ok Nasty

I have nothing better to do right now than watch you be a smart ass..;)

but I digress...

... getting back to the thread at hand: I feel that Nasty has a reasonably valid argument - you have to be physically attracted to someone, SPARKS MUST FLY, before you can fall in love. I'm the same way, now that I've had younger men, I simply don't find myself attracted to older men anymore, even those the same age as myself. Maybe it's just a "phase" i'm going through, but as long as i'm in this "phase", that's the way I feel.

I bet you wouldn't mind SEEING my smart ass, HMMMM?????? Sorry. I KNOW that joke was rotten, but I couldn't help it. "It just popped in their."(Dan Ackroyd.)

Nasty

We women have learned to expect and ignore such behavior..

It's the little boy inside of you .................right??;) :p

And you will find that I don't offend easily, so joke away! :)

What little boy?

"Out, damn spot."

"At last, I have exorcised the demons. This house is clean." For now, anyway.

Why do I doubt that?

There's not enough Holy Water in the world to rid a man of the little boy insideof him..;)
