If there's one thing I've learned on the internet, it's that if there is a designated section for something, put it THERE. The thing about public displays is that you're... you know.... displaying yourself to the public. You can't control their reactions, and you look very silly if you try. If you can't deal with the inability to control their reactions to something, well.... maybe you shouldn't be doing it out in public.

Of course it was an exaggeration It's called hyperbole in order to make a point. In anycase, I'm not upset that I ended up reading a couple paragraphs of erotica before I realized this wasn't a discussion. I was just trying to illustrate why others might be offended and why being in a public place means that it's not just between you and your partner.

Never have, never will, trust me on this one-- I have had a number of fruitless conversations with Laurel on the topic I think ALL internet forums need and deserve some protection against mindless trolls-- laurel considers trolling to be protected by free speech laws. So go figure.
