Yes, you're called a "farmer" if you do.
I wonder at what point it is taxed...

All of the points.I wonder at what point it is taxed...
When people start shipping goodies from legal states to illegal states the feds will hire a million dogs and handlers to sniff every package!
The hottest new product of 2013: Mexican Pot Twinkies.I said the same thing to a coworker that brought up a good point. We an impulsive culture. Even though it might be legal to grow plants and cultivate your own, many smokers will opt for the store bought, ready to roll pot. Plus, smoking the shit is a thing of the past! Cookies and drinks and enhanced gummy bears will also be a part of the pot market.
The Feds can either go with the flow on this or not. It is going to be an interesting couple of years.

I might consider pot gummi bears.
DING!
Give the man a Kewpie Doll!
The War on Drugs is big business. Legalize them and thousands of government employees will be out of work. It will never happen.
I might consider pot gummi bears.
Is this the same article I started reading in Rolling Stone about the people in the DEA having made their career of pot busts don't want to give that up?
I don't think the states will generate any significant revenue. Pot sales will still be between two private citizens. You think they're going to pay tax on it?

Home grown will be like moonshine.

Like cigarettes, they would try to tax it so high you would be forced to quit smoking.
I want the government to stay the hell out of the picture. I don't want legal pot. I just don't want pot to be illegal, I want pot to be something that I can grow and use without the government being involved at all.
