I don't think he has any desire to resist the flow. He just doesn't want to appear he favors it. So he will tell his justice dept. that he has no interest in prosecuting it. In other words, I don't care and don't cause me problems.

That's what I would do. Washington and Colorado figure out a way to develop tax revenue, you know every other state will jump on the bandwagon.

I said the same thing to a coworker that brought up a good point. We an impulsive culture. Even though it might be legal to grow plants and cultivate your own, many smokers will opt for the store bought, ready to roll pot. Plus, smoking the shit is a thing of the past! Cookies and drinks and enhanced gummy bears will also be a part of the pot market.

The Feds can either go with the flow on this or not. It is going to be an interesting couple of years.
