Numi's boudoir

I do like the word ‘wench’ It sounds saucy, giggly, fun. And I think the costume would be cool. All those skirts, though. Do you think they bothered with any knickers underneath?

I would certainly hope not, that would inhibit lustful spontaneity. :cattail:

Aw, you’re too kind.

If I were going to RenFaire (had to look that up ;)), I’m definitely going in a corset. I believe it was expected in those days that the breasts were presented as spectacular milky-white globes just below the chin.

RenFaire's are a wonderful experience and I've no doubt you would be spectacular in a corset. I've seen some incredible costumes on beautiful women at the few RenFaire's I've attended and with your attention to detail and artistic eye you'd be absolutely stunning.

Sexy elf. Hmmm. Interesting. *ponders festive AV*.

Did you have a good Thanksgiving, papadoc?

I did...it was good to be around family :)

How are you doing, Numi?

Have you found your blacksmith porn? ;)

I imagine all those petticoats can get in the way somewhat, knickers or no knickers... :D

You’re too kind... :) I must do some more pictures in my new(-ish) corsets. I do like the pulled in waist look they achieve. And the elevation of the breasts  I think if I had to pick an ‘era’ of clothing to go back and live in, it would definitely be one in which a corset was regularly featured. I dare say it would be tedious to have to wear one every day, and way more difficult to launder vintage fabrics without modern facilities, but *sigh* that silhouette... :)

Oh... if it's not a thing, it totally should be a thing!

Yes! Why isn’t it a thing? Maybe we can crowdsource some funding and make some?

Nope. Complete strike-out. Everything I’ve tried searching for just gives me pictures of hammers :( Even ‘sexy blacksmith’ results in women in orange jumpsuits

See, hammers... *sigh*. That second one is nearer the mark, though, thank you. We do need him to take that shirt off, though...

I love the third, the hair ornament, it’s really beautiful. Are you a blacksmith, Cumference? Or a silversmith?

Both, but for fun, not for profit.

Quite a few of the techniques are the same.
:D

And especially the silversmithing is a hobby appreciated by Lady C.

Wow, I’d never have guessed there were techniques shared between them. I imagine blacksmithery to be hot, heavy, lots of whacking of red-hot metal with heavy tools, but silver seems like it would require more delicate treatment than that.

When I had very long hair I used to catch it up in a barrette like your picture shows. Mine were always plastic, though (ugh!), and the stick parts broke very easily... I’d have loved a metal one. Probably the black better than the silver, possibly.

You are clearly a talented man. Amongst your other presumed talents, Lady C is very lucky to have a silversmith at her disposal :rose:

Thank you ma'am, I do my best.
:)

It's about moving metal with the hammer.
Finer details and smaller things may need a smaller hammer, but the principle is the same.

Silver, gold and bronze are easy to cast on the other hand. Steel casting is an industrial operation.

And as always, it is a pervertable skill.
I shall see, if there are some pictures that can be "released to the public".
If Lady C sees her jewelry posted here, it could cost some time on the couch.

“Pervertable skill”, I like that. Of course, that makes me want to ask you if you have used your skill in this area for anything deliciously perverted?

I’d love you to post some pictures if you’re able :) Be careful, though, that crunch time is a very valuable commodity ;)

Dropping by to leave these beautiful flowers for a beautiful friend. :rose:

Aw, thank you, gorgeous!

Lilies are my absolute favourite flower, as it happens. I don’t even remove the pollen-laden stamens, they look so nice. When I was married, the house was full of lilies, and either my Mum or H’s, I can’t remember which, was very keen to remove the stamens “in case the pollen gets on your dress”. I had to explain that my frock was red!

A red frock! Oh, I bet you were stunning! I will have to keep in mind, then, your favorite flower... you never know when a delivery will show up in you boudoir! :rose:

A couple of things that have not been posted outside naughty circles:

For one of our anniversaries I made a couple of silver wedding bands joined by a chain.
They did make Lady C raise an eyebrow, asking if I was insinuating something.
Answering "No my gentle flower, I'd never do something as heinous as that" didn't help much.
:D

And a quickly made leg iron.
The lock jammed, but luckily no-one was wearing it at that time, making it no problem to open it with the universal key.

Woodworking, leather-working, metal smithing and programming are highly pervertable skills.

Something went wrong with the wedding bands.

I'll try again:
