Any idea why it does and why Republicans don't address that issue?

It simply Skews to the Democrats as in terms of numbers. How many people actually use it compared to in person. Not in any way of manipulating the outcome.Any idea why it does and why Republicans don't address that issue?
Absolutely correct. The current GA runoff early vote turnout lines are evidence of this.If Republican states reduce the number of polling stations and manipulate their locations, it isn't surprising that more Democrats prefer not to vote in person.
I don’t like four to six week “election days” followed by days and sometimes weeks of counting to determine the results, but that’s just the way it is in many places. Rather than bitch about the rules and claim victim status, Republicans need to adapt to the new rules. Democrats have done a better job at getting out the early vote by mail. GOP needs to get better at it. I’m hearing (reading about) a number of GOP voices acknowledge that. They have two years to prepare for the next contest.Any idea why it does and why Republicans don't address that issue?
I can register to vote online. I just can't vote. But I have a polling station near my home, and I can opt for a postal vote if I want to.I think we should be able to vote on line.
I do my banking on line. I pay my bills on line. I do my taxes on line.
Because Democrats would prefer not to wait in hours long lines only to have some racist yahoo insult you by challenging your citizenship and your right to vote.Any idea why it does and why Republicans don't address that issue?
Republicans DID address the issue. They had a campaign to suppress early and mail-in voting. This is the result of what they did. (Was this a trick question?)Any idea why it does and why Republicans don't address that issue?
Oh, Lord. It's been going on for a decade right out in the open. I'm not playing your ignorant games.Im not aware of this. How can early and ,ail in voting be suppressed? Care to share a link or explain?
You're such a bullshitter. Are you enjoying losing? Presume you heard today's news about the January 6th congressional investigation deciding to register criminal referrals. Every day and in every way now you lose more and more, don't cha, big guy?So if its in the open and the Democrats have done nothing, then its on them. You cant provide an eplanation I see, other then to call me ignorant. Noted.
Here in Texas, we have voting machine deployment down to a science. If you want to vote early, you are allowed to vote at ANY open polling location. If Republican states reduce the number of polling stations and manipulate their locations, it isn't surprising that more Democrats prefer not to vote in person.
If we’re going to play the same game then we need to use the same rules and get better at it.I don’t like four to six week “election days” followed by days and sometimes weeks of counting to determine the results, but that’s just the way it is in many places. I've done this six or seven times now. I've noticed a distinct trend: in every location there are generally 50-100 people in line. In more affluent (read:white) areas, you get inside and there are two or three dozen voting machines....100 people can be in and out in say 10 minutes.
Compare and contrast to less affluent areas! At those locations, you have the same 50-100 people in line, but hoo-hah! Only ten or so voting machines. Voting ends up taking three times as long!
....and "Justice" Alito sez this is all good 'n proper.
Assume for a moment you attend college. Some states prohibit voting on college campuses, you have to return to your home of record in order to vote. Nice suppression of a key democratic graphic. So I actually looked it up and what I found online was that the so called suppression Is nothing more than certain States implementing tighter laws And restrictions. Mainly residency and ID. I personally do not see how that is suppression
WTF! How is that even legal?Assume for a moment you attend college. Some states prohibit voting on college campuses, you have to return to your home of record in order to vote. Nice suppression of a key democratic graphic.
Or say you are a woman and get divorced. You take back your maiden name and get your driver's license changed....did you remember to change your voter registration too? No vote for you! Exact name only, same first name and address do not qualify.
And finally, here in Texas ANYONE over 65 can vote by mail. Virtually NO ONE under 65 can vote by mail. Why? Because older voters still skew Republican, and younger voters do not. Coincidence?
Or say Florida where THE PEOPLE allowed those out of prison to vote and the legislature of voted “Naw, they still have to pay their fines”Assume for a moment you attend college.
