Novels and Novellas, Romance, or Interracial category?

Big story coming up - 7+ chapters, 20k + words - an Interracial (white man, India woman) romance.

I'm torn as to where to categorize it - Novels and Novellas, Romance, or Interracial.

Thoughts?

Definitely not Novels, because 20,000 words is not a novel (the lower limit for a novel is usually considered around 40,000 words) and that category gets fewer views.

Romance and Interracial are both popular categories. I'd say put it in the category where you think the appeal is strongest.

20,000 words aren't even a Novella by most Lit standards. People have posted much longer works than that in all categories. A novel? 100,000 words or much more despite NaNoWriMo's 50,000-word challenge. That should be enough to START a novel only.

I would suggest Romance unless a significant part of the plot is about cultural and family differences, in which case Interracial.
