This is a site for many things. No one person has a right to decide what this site is for and what it is not for. You are not the judge and jury. Last I checked, none of you are the owners of Lit nor getting the royalties for being so. So stop acting as who you are not.

You are absolutely right about people on here being able to pick and choose who they want to respond to. And this is one of the problems with real life. Too many of us think we are above all others and do not realize how much our actions and non-actions hurt the person on the other end. This is why horrible things happen like that movie theater shooting out in Denver. So yes, it was actually her thread and her choice. I understand that. But it would be nice to still say hello to someone who chooses the time to say hello to you. Not that you have to marry them. Not that you have to even be their friend. Just a god damn hello would be nice. This is exactly like fucking Kindergarten. Everyone doing all they can to get with the in crowd. And then when one brave sole chooses to hang around the outside, closer to where the truth exists, he is shunned and ridiculed.

And not everyone can just 'move on' from that so to speak.
