not seeing avatars

What is up with this. When I am not logged on I see avatars, but once I log in I do not see avatars????????

when you're logged in go to "User CP" and then to "edit options"

look for the check box for avatars and make sure it's checked.

i don't know what the exact rules are, puruant to the 2257 regulations but they're posted in the ampics forum i think... i also don't know how the regulations for ampics differ from avatars.
