I had another driving lesson today. It went very well, not SO many engine failures this time. It's a good thing the cars have an extra set of brakes on the teacher's side, though, or I would never have been able to stop in time when that moron rushed up the hill without looking if someone was coming from the crossing road.

Picked his paycheck up
Went to the bank
Paid the phone bill
Paid the water bill
Took care of one of his ebay orders
Grocery shopped, which I despise
Put all the groceries away
Cleaned up the house
Washed/dried/put away two loads of laundry
Had to explain how I spent his money
Cooked dinner, which he silently ate, then went to bed
Gave the youngest his bath, and got him to bed, finally.

I was pissed off.

McFbridge...your points about not all men being scum are well taken and I too know that not all men are assholes. But the ones that are, sure as hell ruin it for the rest of you. Maybe you should make it a crusade of yours to teach all of the bad apples out there a little sensitivity and a little less self-centeredness.

It takes a real sonofabitch to stand by and watch tears run down his wife's face over something he caused and not even attempt an apology or go to her.
