I received a message on my blog today, asking about verbal abuse during sex and scenes.
This male submissive wanted to know if there were any limits as to what was acceptable to say. I found this extremely interesting because I couldn't think of anything specific off the top of head- and it's been on my mind all day. Is there some unwritten hard limit concerning this? What are your opinions? Have you ever said or been told something you found to be 'too much'?

Private message me here or send me a chat request on Yahoo about your 'verbal degradation'; what you like, where you draw the line, your experiences, or even you 'best lines' during sex. Anything goes! I'm opening to hearing whatever you want to share. I'm curious to see if this male submissive is the only one wondering about this. I take my blog seriously and want to be able to give helpful knowledge/advice.

Thankyou!

o_O;; Are you looking for us to write your blog post for you or is this a roundabout personal ad?

Direct the curious guy here and we can answer his questions directly along with any follow up questions he might have. :)

I really really enjoy verbal degradation.

I can only think of a few things that would be going too far for me:
- mention of defecation (I enjoy piss play but not that)
- wanting to make me bleed (spanking, stinging, sore, gaping and choking are all good though)

There's probably some I'm missing, but thankfully I haven't encountered anyone sadistic enough to breach my limits. :)

There are as much definicions of limits as there are people in the scene.

Every sub is different and will have different taboo topics.

I think we should avoid names or descriptions that degrades the other person's basic worth as a human being. I don't like it if someone is told they are 'worthless', for example. Also, I think a committed couple can work out between them what is and is not acceptable to each other.

If you're looking for a general set of content guidelines for people to adhere to when talking dirty in the privacy of their own homes, I don't think you'll find one. Everyone is different, everyone has different limits, everyone has different things they do and don't want to hear. So really the only general guideline would be don't say stuff that's going to hurt or deeply offend your partner - whether that's calling them worthless or saying you want to shit in their mouth.
