It seems that the harder i try to shape life towards my goals the harder it fights back and i end up with the sh!tstick. I act myself and keep the majority of my comments to myself and yet all the jerks and sh!theads keep getting the girls i am interested in and all i do is hear them whine about how much the guy stinks... <hands thrown up toward sky> what the fuck.

i have had some extremely bad expierences from the internet. Bad... really freaking bad. So i am hesitant to post something. but no i hadn't considered it.

i am out of practice having been married for the past 26 years. after my first wife died i had the same gripe at first. then i remembered an old trick a buddy used while we were in the marines.

from then on whenever i went into a bar or to one of the dances where booze was being served ( the BYB dance parties) it was relativly simple to make hits,

enter room, go to bar get a straight double and toss it off. order 2nd drink also a double.

while getting first 2 drinks decide who you want to hit on.

go up to woman if you can not think of anything else to say ask her if she wants to go fuck.

you do not get slapped very often. most woman are so supprised that they either start laughing and actually talk to you or they are so mad that they are about to blow up. if the latter they usually do not know what to do (contrary to when they read the line and immeadtly say that they would smack you down) and by the redness of their complection it is plain you should move on.

frequently the ones who laugh and start talking to you will seemingly appear to forget what you said to start the conversation. don't know why, never asked that question, but in many instances i think they just take it as a brazzen way to open a conversation and if you hit it off away you go. occasionally (more often than you get slapped) the woman will want you to take her away to bed right then so you have to be prepaired to act.
