NFL Draft Predictions.

The Jets are not going to trade up to get McFadden as they really don't need a running back. Their best bet is probably to trade down and get more later round picks depending on who gets taken before them.

Were we watching the same Jets last season, the ones with Thomas Jones at RB?

I'm blowing off some steam before bed. Been an insane couple of weeks.

BTW, I'm going to be in your hood in a couple of weeks.

Give me a holler when you're heading this way and we'll see about hooking up for a beer or twenty.

...It was one of the most nerve-wracking games...

Nah.

Wasn't nerve-wracking. Unless you mean brain-wracking. Terribly played game, by both sides. MVP choice was the most difficult part of night for voters.

I think there are good running backs who can be taken lower--the career of Curtis Martin is certainly proof of that.

I thought the best offensive player in the Big Ten last season was Rashard Mendenhall of Illinois. He'll make some team very happy, and he might be better, or at least lower maintenance, than McFadden.

He's a tough, hard-nosed football player, but he's a whiny bitch and a distraction in the locker room.

Tough, hard-nosed.. check.

Too bad he got drunk during the Super Bowl when the team won without him. Also too bad he didn't bother to show up to the SB parade to get his key to the city.

I'll take a so-called stoner like Ricky Williams who'll sign every last autograph after every other player has already gone home over some chump like him.

I was going absolutely nuts and I'm a Jets fan. It was one of the most nerve-wracking games I have ever watched.

I forbade anyone to speak on the last drive, stood on the sofa when Eli made his escape, leapt off same when Tyree made the catch, and went into convulsions on the touchdown.

Autograph-signer is high on most teams' wish-list.

Hell, he didn't even seem to be celebrating up there in his sky box.....just drinking.

On another note of winning without, did you see Tiki's interview of Eli after the game? He had some stray crow feathers on his chin.

Google him and his past abilities before that silly "no smoking pot that doesn't enhance a player's performance at all" rule, or stick to hockey, whatever.

Atlanta.

Baltimore's used to playing without a quarterback, we're not used to playing without a solid CB. I'm also not ready to count Troy Smith out. The end of last season was such a cluster fuck, I'd like to see what he can do with the new organization.

I think Ryan's overrated. Give me Henne or Flaco.

I think this is exactly why Atlanta doesn't take him.
I'm guessing they take Dorsey if he's there and take Brohm in the second.
Atlanta seems pretty sure that at least one of the better QB's will be available for them in the second. No need to rush on the Matt Ryan bandwagon.

Baltimore may not have that luxury.
